Austrian Agency for Alternative Propulsion Systems
THE STRUCTURE
The A3PS was established as a public private partnership with the legal frame of an association. It consists of various members, listed under "members". Representatives of the members form the general assembly and according to their kind of the membership the extended executive committee. The executive committee is elected by and from the center of the extended executive committee.
General assemby:
The general assembly is the highest organ of the association and consists of all members.
Extended executive committee:
The extended executive committee is the advisory committee of the executive committee and is in particular responsible for the development of the strategic and contentwise subjects of the association.
Executive committee:
Currently the executive committe is formed by the following persons.
