Automotive Acoustics Conference 2017, 4th International ATZ-Conference

Tuesday, July 11, 2017 (All day) to Wednesday, July 12, 2017 (All day)
Ruschlikon
GDI Gottlieb Duttweiler Institute, Langhaldenstrasse 21, 8803 Rüschlikon, Schweiz

The Automotive Acoustics Conference deals with the issue of how development engineers can further improve the NVH behavior of passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Rising expectations on the part of the end customers as well as stricter legislation mean that cars will have to be designed to be even more comfortable and quiet in the future. Many customers appreciate this comfort, but are not prepared to do without an emotional sound. In addition to innovative acoustic materials and measures to optimize components and systems, automotive experts will discuss new methods for acoustic simulation and the optimization of transfer paths. In future, electric vehicles will become an increasingly important area of focus for NVH engineers. As electric vehicles are quiet, they place very high requirements on NVH characteristics. The conference will also concentrate on these topics.
